Clarification of Information
Over the past few days, there have been a multitude of phone calls and emails to PASO, SiriusIQ, and
UST Global and related parties seeking clarification on the Q4 date, which was previously defined in the
letter posted on July 15, 2020.
The Q4 2020 time frame, which is the date that CLX Health has asked for the extension, refers to the
CALENDAR 4th quarter that CLX Health goes by. This has nothing to do with PASO’s fiscal year.
Additionally, the multitude of phone calls and emails is extremely distracting and disruptive.
All information that is relevant has been shared in the public domain as required. We will continue to
update our shareholders as each milestone is reached through this process.
The due diligence process continues and all companies involved are focused on seeing this process to its
conclusion.
