People don’t realize when a CEO of this level of prominence steps into OTC equities they do so with a real significant intent to create a valuable enterprise. The recent PR would not have stated “this month” or 4 week timeline if they were not close on referenced items. I think we will see the filings about any day now and completion of FINCANN merger and JV project are surely well on its way to finalizing. The under promise/over deliver comment is intriguing in that there may be additional big news looming..
