I believe there's a reverse merger about to happen here.
The control dispute was settled in 2018 by the former owenr issuing stock in a different ticker. By then however the then incoming CEO left.
There seems to be interest by a few entities to RM into this ticker.
THe caveat emptor will be removed once filings come in and it is clear who owns the company and share structure updated.
By then we should be well out of the quads.
