From what NP said in the CC he expects results end of next week which would be after special shareholders meeting. Hope it is sooner, but things have mostly happened After timelines he has established; not before. Perhaps he learning from his mistakes and it will happen sooner.

With regard to NP stock sale, I am not sure he said his profits went back into the company as some type of loan, which has been discussed. Certainly the warrant purchase price did, but things got a little muddled when the discussion went further. My understanding is he kept the profits. This can be spun and or explained a number of ways and everyone has to evaluate that for themselves. Hopefully in a few weeks none of that will matter. I will say that some CEO types that I have discussed this with did not like the optics. NP has his own approach And I do not think he is dishonest...just inexperienced on this platform. Some have opined that we would not be here without him...very possible. Might we have already had HIV approval with a more Pharma experienced CEO ?possibly... but we will never know. Last CC was good, but many times his manner provides ambiguity. GLTA
