I remember going through the same ordeal with another ticker where the CEO kept passing along dates given to him by the auditors and it became a "boy who cried wolf" situation for the CEO. After many months with the auditors dragging their feet and asking the company to open up its wallet, the CEO lost a lot of credibility. So in the end, it ended up costing the company dearly. So I don't blame Gary one bit since he is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I will never look at auditors the same way after that ordeal, but I know it's a process and it will get done. I refuse to be demanding or disrespectful to the CEO, especially after the nice run we had from subpennies. The fundamentals of the company speak for themseves and they are in the perfect market, given the situation with the pandemic, so if we are invested here for the long haul (not trading), a little patience goes a long way as the company tries to get over this speed bump. GLTA!
