Technically yes that's how it works ,one can say a lot without actually being legally bound to any specific statement or declaration if your clever...,and so far that's all we've seen from ALYI are cleverly word smithed P.R.'s


Now is it possible one day ALYI could change up their M.O. sure but not until they deliver on something they've PR'd and begin to actually as unnecessary as some think ...,start putting something real into a filing until then alyi won't gain any real investor interest....,
what would an investor base it on the good word of ALYI ....lol I think not.
