Don't burst the bubble.

They are not an active Corp as Delaware voided their corporate charter. Not all states require to be registered to do business as an out of state company or Corp but Nj is def one of them that does. I have had my Corp registered there and multiple other states for years. If you look at the second page IE posted it shows Delaware as the state of jurisdiction meaning the actual Corp is registered in DE and the NJ paperwork is for the privilege of doing business in NJ. If you also notice nothing has been filed on BioAmbers behalf in NJ since 2018
