Chuckles- I usually agree with you but this is one where there is some validity. I don’t think his “credentials” are the specific issue, per se. His lack of experience at this level will show going forward. He’s never been in this position nor brought a drug to market. The BLA mistake was one that a seasoned group would never had made because they’ve “been there, done that”. Nader doesn’t know what he doesn’t know.

As for the BoD, he has shaped the board to his favor and the last two people he trotted out became outsiders in a hurry, both now suing him. Tony C and Pestell are both in active lawsuits against Nader and Nader has settled similar case(s) for self-enrichment by getting his board to allot him more shares than the charter allows.

The BLA hiccup could cost us months, which could cost us millions, if not billions of potential revenue. The personal attacks are too much but it’s fair game to question his competence. Up to this point, he hasn’t accomplished anything with regard to real financing or approval.

I’ve stated this before: the ONLY reason we are not $2 is because we fell into the Covid game thanks to Dr. Bruce. Nader is essentially riding shotgun on this. Just my opinion...
