I’m neutral on this just scoping it all out. I wouldn’t buy until they give more substance. Seems from the article I mention above the NOUV deal was all But complete too with a date of record suppose to follow within 30 days? From what I gathered no one ever got NOUV shares so there was no date of record ever given? How long after they told everyone they were going to give a date of record for the spinoff before they let everyone know that deal would be unwinded? All I’m saying is I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting on what they say is going to happen to happen.
