If your a small start-up, or obscure Asian company, and Glendale is the only broker-dealer or MM that will file a Form 211 on your behalf, thats one thing....but some one who has been in business as long as Elvictor, that is a real and verifiable company, likely doing millions in revenue, should have had better options.

I've been gaining a lot of confidence in PAUL tickers over the past 2 years or so.....and really losing confidence in GLED tickers.
