Field Sobriety tests by an Officer at initial stop and then call in for a specially trained Officer or Lead Officer, almost always at least have another Officer involved. Officers can arrest under clear FS test results but if there is a passenger or uncooperative driver or possible altercation, policy is to keep contact with dispatch and wait for another Officer and Transport.
