How many shares? As of 20200716:1323, the Level 2 shows 1,654,400 shares for $9459.47 to get us to penny land.

Anyone got an extra $10K laying around that they can put in one massive order? If one put it in as one order of 1,654,410 shares at 0.0156 the automatic trading would blow through all of the existing offers before the MM could react.
