Ok so the 9mil bid is fake. Here is why it keeps coming and going trying to make someone dump shares to them they will pull bid and since our bid is thin they will try to drop this even more and grt cheaper shares. This is the exact sane tactic as when the stock hit .0045 back on 7/1. It gives you a sense something is coming and all the group that is doing this is trying to push it down.
