GPMT -.19 to 6.69, we'll know more when they report Q2 results in early August. It's been a nice winner from when I started buying in the low $4's . I still like it in the mid $6's after that very encouraging Q1 report - but the office, hotel and retail space remains under stress, so I'd guess they won't reinstate the dividend until Q3 or Q4 as a precaution to maintain adequate liquidity. Mostly I'm in it for capital gains anyway, given its deep discount to book value.
