There is no post stating that ICTY is diluting the stock. The fact is ICTY’s share structure is maxed out. It’s impossible to dilute unless they somehow are issuing counterfeit shares into the market. What may be happening though is Bradley Wilson is selling billions/100’s of millions of his personal shares into the market. Shares he received at .0004 a share so basically doubling his money.
Bradley’s history proves he runs share selling scams and what we don’t know is if he’s doing it again or not?
