I hope so. You could read between the lines a couple different ways, my reading and interpretation comes with more caution and reserve.

My concern recently seems to be that this company is having a hard time escaping the short lived ghosts of its past. That seems to have given them a ZERO margin for error. So hopefully there is some actual meat behind this PR.
