Thanks for the diligence...so this answers the ‘filing’ anticipation...

As I shared before the S1 will not move the needle but sets the stage for the co to move forward and focus on its larger plans.

However the filing answers any fear on RS, and it could also be that since filing it was the opportunity to expand the AS for a variety of purposes.

But contrary to some negative posters content - filing brings on much more transparency. If the goal was to profit mgt using shares in an unsuccessful hype company.... they would NOT have wasted the time , money and exposure this brings.

I am not looking for an explosion on any news... in fact hope not... prefer we get back to some ‘normal’ ... regular news, real growth and deals, and a fast paced expansion.
