GM LTT & all. Agreed 100%. And I believe only the few who have taken the time to do the dot-connecting here really understand what you mean by that ....

So much has been... ah... how to say it ... “said but not said” ??? ... What exactly IS “Jugular”? We have some knowledge of the pedigree behind it (Jack), and the extension of its scope... a “large” distribution network across Europe ... supplements... Functional Foods... hmm.

AUTHORIZED shares at 100M and a very low float leads me to believe that Jeff and/or Dr. Anna might spin out some of those Preferred Shares into Restricted Commons in a HUGE deal, or multiple deals... I think I said it on Twitter but “LOI” is so intentionally vague but it’s where everything begins. M2BIO is going to be “seed to sale” .... they’re known for “shareholder-friendly” deals under Jeff’s watch. Why not BUY more stuff when it’s possibly the best time to buy?!?

-Production? Check.
-Packaging & Design? Check. (Amazing btw)
-Distribution? Check. CaffeLuxe....M2BIO....and partnership or merger of sorts with a co. that already has an established distribution network?!? Let’s see!

And that’s just ONE dimension...supplements ... Medspresso & perhaps Dr. AnnaRX line. PSILOCYBIN research & downright amazing connections to top-tier biotechs ... guys who build companies worth billions of dollars for a living.

Anyway ... lots to look forward to here. Can happen any time, but if I had to guess then I’d suspect OTCM has those filings up & Stop Sign gone by early next week... We all know how that goes ... a 000 turd goes current and runs multiple hundreds of %%%.... What about a company with REAL deals and mystery plays in the mix?!?

...few have had the pleasure to watch something like this unfold. I know MANY are here circling quietly... I am known for too much verbiage ;)... Poor weather forecast today so maybe I’ll draw some more Oscars eating TRASH....
