I also understand very well how OTC works. I trade penny stocks for a living since about 23 years.

I also study psychology, specially psychology of masses, one of my passions/hobbies. Yet sometimes I am still surprised by the irrationality of the masses, like in this case today.

Nothing has changed, in fact things are even more confirmed, however, the masses interpreted it totally wrong.
