Im kinda curious as how a shell company, as you describe it, made it to a xenograph study with a cancer drug at some fairly prestigious research facilities?
Let me preface this with: id like to keep the science separate from the company sbfm. Sbfm is a shell scam. It provides zero for anyone but 3. No workers, no lab, no drug license, no legitmate address. Then there's the arguable science.
Croucus?? Im curious what they were testing? Still haven't read an article illustrating a usable sample batch. At this point, I believe nothing they post unless its in an SEC filing.

Authors are all colleagues. Either work for sbfm or contracted with. Its the science, not the way the business is run. Dont forget, silanty didn't create the patent he calls adva27, the french institute did. He purchased it. Theres science there, they formulated it. Sold it, for some reason. Maybe it couldn't be done.....

How a Shell company was capable of coming up with years of RNA, Main Protease, or Topoisomerase II data to support a patent and FDA Fast Track designation?
Where does it claim "fast track". Their filings use the words " most likely" if i remember right. Or "hope". I'm still willing to bet the french did all that when they created the patent.

How a Shell company could obtain rights to, not just one but 4, generic cancer drugs?
But can't sell them.......? Theres a reason the agreements either time out, or never happen. Its either fake news, or the company doesn't meet health canada specs, because its a shell. No lab, no control, no warehouse....
It seems to me this is 3 very capable doctors who need funding to finish years of hard work and to bring this to fruition.
