Alkame Holdings Inc (ALKM)

Have any evidence or proof or links to anything about fraud? Everything I found looks good. No former name in SEC filings, only 2 in fact, both with ALKM, today and back in 2017. The only litigation I see them ever being involved was in 2018 when they sued some company called 5Barz International Inc. for breaching a note. They were awarded over 300k for a 100k note. What that tells me is they are serious about lending their money. That in turn makes me think they like doing business with ALKM seeing how their first SEC filing was in 2017 and they have apparently struck up another deal.

What have you come up with? Is there something else we should know about that indicates fraud? Please provide a link if at all possible.......
