Take a look at some of the recent offerings by these companies too..

Humanigen Inc. just did a pp for 100mm shares.

Cytodyn Inc. just gave 3 board members 250k shares a piece, gave the CEO a raise to 1mm a year and has a shareholder vote coming on the 22nd to add another 100mm shares to an already 700mm shares.

What Algernon does is nothing comparably.
