Seems this merger is pretty big and they making sure everything Hong is in place before completing the final paperwork. I added yesterday at double prices thinking it would go through today but I just jumped the gun a bit. I’ll just wait it out. UST is a huge company and if their business will be traded using PASO’s stock platform this will be big. I just pray the common shareholders don’t get thrown under the bus in this deal.
