Understand that the deal originally was not real. I stand by that 100%. Remember, per his own words, Gonzales did not even dream up this covid data track idea until Mid March, which was well after PASO already had said they had a major merger for months. So tell me how that is possible? I will tell you how. PASO was fibbing about a merger all last fall and winter and then covid fell into their laps. Remember the merger last summer that never happened either?

Luckily Gonzales thought of this covid idea, and he has connections, and within a short time he thought of PASO as a vehicle for it. But sadly for PASO they got a better offer from a SPAC and no one can blame them for taking it.
