I'm not in favor of a swing to the left, either, but I think it's going to come. Trump is failing badly in his response to the virus and he's not the guy to deal with systemic racism and police reform. Not to mention he's getting hammered daily on CNN and MSNBC. Mary Trump's book will also be a negative for him. The polls all suggest Trump's losing appeal with voters who might have swung his way.

I thought he did a pretty good job for three years urging businesses to bring jobs back to the U.S., getting tough on China, facilitating success on Wall Street and helping corporations which are responsible for a lot of jobs in this country. But, I think, his time is past and America will turn a new leaf, not necessarily all good, but I think it's going to happen. I consider myself a centrist so I don't like to see things swing too far left or too far right. But a bird needs a right wing and a left wing to fly, so maybe some kind of a balancing act will serve the country well.

Unfortunately, if the Dems have control of the White House, Senate, and House, there will likely be more Socialist-like laws enacted which will balloon the already bloated national debt further out of control. But I still don't think there's a better place to live on the planet than in the U.S.A.
