They need to report financials and Hagen needs to tell investors how the company is doing. Its that simple.

There's nothing outside their control preventing them from doing that. So why aren't they?

Maybe they can't manage to get them done because of covid as they told the SEC. But, that makes them uniquely poorly managed, since every other public company has kept current, and they've had plenty of extra time to get it done. Negligence.

Its also possible that they're worried that reporting could be so potentially damaging that they're willing to take the consequences of not reporting for whatever reason. Malfeasance.

Or maybe, despite their transgressions they're doing much better than anyone can imagine and Hagen is very patiently waiting to spring the surprise. Punked. LOL.
