The actual fact is that I know two shareholders of WEED who are selling some of their shares during this summer season. Neither are company officers nor have ever spoken to any company insider. So, to make a hasty conclusion that all shares being sold are being sold by a single insider is untrue and misleading.

The motivations for the sales mentioned are not because these two folks have no faith in the Company or is management. Theirs is a business decision for other reasons, and I suspect they will be buying more WEED shares at least 31 days after the sale. They believe they expect to get their profits in WEED more than a year from share reacquisition.
