There have been investors who have gone to jail for having that sort of insider information and using it for their gain or sharing it with others. I don't really remember seeing SEC or other government employees going down for leaking that information...but I am sure it has happened. If you get those answers ..please share it pm only and ME FIRST...ok..lol.
