only one guy sold some not all. We don't know that persons financialhistory nor family needs. Needs exceed wants.

As for the bid letting we are dealing with a govenment agncy so they will be very cautious. I suspect theywill take over 2 months but less than 3 Isuspect we see someting mid Oct. Mean while the SP should stay in a tight range as we all waiting for the future which is expected to be positive. Those who want will filp in and out. Even if major markets take a sever dump I doubt this will drop much but it could if that happens. Watch the put call rations and action. jmo
