There's nothing that says they won't, especially once the LOI is completed and they double their inventory again. We could be looking at $50M+ in sales. Heck, it wasn't just a few months ago when $NUGS reported $5M in sales was going to be big. So, what's the number of OS shares again? Anything under $1/share is going to be cheap at the rate they are growing. (pun intended.... lol)
