If the OS is 2B this company is the biger fraud I never seen.
a)Announce a reduction in OS from 500000 to 350000;
b)Annonce revenue for the year 11M;
c)Annonce upgrade to OTCBB;
c)Annonce spinof and div (4500000/350000000)= 1.3c (in cash or stock for a public company;
All of that only to send PPS higher for sell share it was printed. It is a big big fraud.
