The QDX HealthID, currently in beta release, is a SaaS-based platform that allows companies and individuals to see and select a particular COVID-19 test kit, authenticate and record the test results in a secure way, and then share those authenticated results with friends, family—or any other third party of their choosing.

It is mid July and they are still in Beta phase.

Do they need to sign individual agreements with all of the test kit makers before they can include a particular test kit in the App?

Is it a Trade Mark issue?

Is it technical agreements/interfaces needed to provide the laboratory with controlled access to upload the test results into the HealthID system?

Is it a matter of signing legal agreements/proxy that allow the laboratory to release an individual's test results into HealthID system?

Your clinical information is maintained separately from the mobile device and app.

Plus I guess that they need a financial agreement if QMC is going to get a dollar or two "finders fee" for directing a user to the the maker's test kit.
