The only way to cancel the RS is they bought back virtually all the stock.

If they are going back to the NASDAQ even with 1 billion shares out they would need to do a RS.

The best scenario is they did buy back a major position of 50% to 90% of commons.

2 million cap with 5 bill shares puts us out of the trips...and she will run from there.
