As a shareholder I have a perfect right to file a proof of claim as it is in some districts like New Jersey one of the ways that a shareholder can show a proof of interest. Certainly shareholders don’t need too. I like being safe. Proof of claims are used all the time to show proof of interest. You sir are foolish to say such a thing. I actually talked to Barry the trustees Legal representative and he informed me that it is very wise to file a claim. Actually, in conversion to Chapter 7, all holders should file. You need to do your research. And yes you are right that I don’t know much about this one subject as I sure don’t make it a habit of buying shit BK stocks. As for Discover. They don’t have a perfected interest in the Bert new improved drug for BP etc. They only had interest in what was assigned. This is all planned out to the tee.
