shadow - complete speculation - even one of the "analysts" is predicting 3 odd billion shares of common - that equals ~ 300% dilution, which is huge dilution. Other capital will be raised via jps, debt, private, etc.

But, fortunately for common shareholders, Fannie's book has grown since 2008 and they will be making at least $10 billion (very conservative) a year. So even with the analyst's dilutive prognositication, there is still roughly 3.33 EPS.
