I still wonder why Spencer did not buy 3 to 5 acres of land and build one big metal warehouse to house all those miners and with all that land he still would of had room for expansion if need be. He could of started off small and added more miners as money came in if he was lacking funds.

Now he has to deal with all the hassle of buying 4 more sites of land and building 4 more tin warehouses that are scatter everywhere. That means more workers to hire, permits, electrical crap he has to go through for each new facility.

Does not make since.
