I know. I use TDAmeritrade. Some people who want to buy have said Fidelity doesn't allow it because of the STOP sign. Don't know how extended is that practice with brokers.

Fidelity is a main broker and there's a big impact in there.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
