Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that the 'custodianship' is moot/unnecessary once Lazar has held a shareholder meeting and been officially elected to the assorted officer positions. In other words, functioning public companies with active duly elected officers don't have custodians—they have CEOs, CFOs, presidents, secretaries, etc.
