IMHO - agree in that they could have done more to clarify the process, but I don’t think they lied or did anything unethical.

A careful read of their releases is pretty clear.

But more to the point, I think those who think the S1 filing status affects the share price will be disappointed when the actual filing happens.

Don’t think it matters. What matters is substantive news that corresponds to forecasts.
