I don't know much about this BYZN company that Dan now runs. There is a board "BYZN" and if one reads some of the posts there are links to some public information.

This is the OTC story that I can find:

Whether or not WSTI and/or ImpactPPA get merged or not is not known. I spoke with Blizz and perhaps he will speak with Dan after the tax season rush passes today. It appears that Dan will start out trying to get funding with a Reg A offering. Info is really limited.
