Looks like impatient had enough yesterday, see if it holds, I liked seeing this letter from the auditor saying they have really ramped up their efforts on INQD 10-K end 12/31/19.

Unfortunately and sadly my father diagnosed with glastoblioma (gbm), last week been too busy preparing, medical appointments, lawyers hopefully for I can get back to ordinary routine next week.

We are currently working on the audit for the year ended December 31, 2019 for inclusion in the Company’s Form 10-K Annual Report. We do not have a definitive date as to the completion of the audit; however, we are making best efforts to complete ASAP. I am happy to report that their been significant forward momentum regarding the audit recently.



I apologize that I cannot provide any other information at this moment as the dissemination of material non-public information is regulated.
