Yep, I didn't read the Exhibits. Doesn't matter. There is no Brazilian COUNSEL of record authorized to receive Court Orders. It doesn't matter who warns whom. What matters is the filings were not timely received and sufficient time given to find new COUNSEL.

These are process problems.

I again suggest doing some DD to understand the Recognition phase of a Foreign Judgement in Brazil. The award cannot be extreme and unfair. Bolzan's don't have money to pay their tax bill, their attorneys, and GDSI never had money to buy Rontan.
