to the best of my knowledge...

The head of the firm would not let the assigned auditors travel to South Carolina to do the required "physical" audit of the company. Therefore, the audit was being done via "telework" which slowed the process tremendously.

PCTL is not the only client the firm has that is delinquent in filing.
