WTH..Looks like a Ton of Debt and Preferred shares getting converted to "NEW" Class A Common shares and whoever bought SPAQ is getting Diluted...BUT the worst thing is they do not say how many of the NEW shares will be "created" to exchange fo rthe DEbt & Preferred shares.. Everything looks 'pre-meditated' and 'deliberate' to hoodwink the Retail investors of SPAQ.
