DIRV CEO Mr. Czarnecki holds a B.S. in Economics from Temple University, an M.A. in Economics from Michigan State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Doctor of Humane Letters from National University. He is also a member of the board of directors: State Farm Insurance, where he serves as member of the company Executive Committee, and is also Chairman of the Audit Committee; State Farm Bank; State Farm Fire & Casualty companies; and MAM Software Group, Inc, where he is the Chairman of the Board.
He is also the founder and Chairman of The National Leadership Institute: a member of the Board of Trustees of National University, where he is former Chairman; the Board of Governors of Junior Achievement Worldwide, Inc.; an advisory board member for Private Capital, Inc.; Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors-Florida Chapter, is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, and is a frequent consultant, facilitator, faculty member and speaker on Board Governance matters.
