(IMO), Like I said many times before, I believe the float is really locked. MM's are gonna really shake this tree hard. There is really nothing more to get, and they could resist moving this up until they get what they consider "all" the weak holder completely shaken out. They are the only ones who know the real numbers of who has what.

All are my opinion of course, but I think we will see even more strange chart behavior and erratic moves before this train leaves the station. My guess this company may be packed with TNT, and rocket when it finally does have a real move. If this becomes the case, I will be there for the ride.

I have noticed many stocks that get "knocked back down" when they should be moving up. Could be due to some MM's jumping the gun, and they are putting them back in their place. I've seen this happen in a lot of past chart actions, and eventually they start moving up at a later date. That is how I see it.
