The average daily volume is approx. 7.260 million per day. Looking at the daily volume chart, I notice the heavy down days (red candles), the volume is much much much higher than the up days (green candles). Another indicator the bears are walking the price downward in a controlled fashion.

I use both Fundamental and Technical Analysis.
