I think the 10Q is done too.

As I just explained, they need to get the SP up. The way I'm seeing this, there's just no way for whoever has been holding the SP down to continue to do so for much longer.

If they can't get the SP up, then cancelling the RS is the only way right now. The NASDAQ plans may have to be on hold for a minute. The main thing is shareholders will get some value, maybe not the pennies some of us are seeking but something!
