It seems (although I do not follow any real close) that the smaller, regional/local banks are a better bet ???

However, (personally) I think the longer this virushit goes on ....and seems to be getting worse by day (hour) ---- all bets off !

November going to be interesting if this keeps up ----- in a lot of ways.
