Yes. New issue shares only. Primarily early on in the life of a viable company. Later on as a vote in operational matters requiring a vote call.

Yet always a thought in the mind of a good CEO. Never forget your initial bread and butter. Keeping the investment community informed and share trade active in a positive manner promotes longevity and resourcefulness.

Informed is a good progressive mindset for the company. Action above board and decisive where it counts.
